Double
Hump Fenders
The
WTI Double Hump Fenders have the same styling as our single fenders
with a few added features.
This fender is molded
together in the middle. It gives you the look of two fenders, but
it is actually
one fender. The fender was lengthened on both ends and the middle, which
allows easier access to the brackets on a truck with 24.5 tall tires. Also,
on the lower outside center we have molded a place to add a side marker
light.
There are three brackets used on each side of the truck
to give proper support to
the fender. The
same "hidden" bracket design is used on the "double humps" that is
used on the regular full fenders with an added supporting bracket
in the middle.
Gel Coat Colors
Painting
The black and white gloss gel
coat can be waxed and installed without painting. If
your fenders need to be painted to match the color scheme of your
truck we recommend painting the sandable, gray primer gel coat fenders. Your
fenders cannot be painted before shipping, however, if you would
like W.T.I. Custom Shop to install the fenders, we can have them
painted at a professional body shop. You will need to supply
us with your color name, paint code and a deposit. The cost for painting
sometimes varies with the color chosen. The W.T.I. fenders
will be painted and ready to install when you come in for your installation
appointment. Installation time is between 4 and 6 hours.

We
offer technical support by phone at 219-474-6393 during regular business
hours. Complete fender installation services are also available
at our facility in Kentland, IN. Appointment required.

Recommended
5th Wheel Height for all W.T.I. Fenders
(measure from ground to top of fifth wheel)
| If
you have: |
| 22.5 low pro tires |
48"
|
| 22.5 standard tires |
49"
|
| 24.5 low pro tires |
49"
|
| 24.5 tall rubber |
51"
|
This is the minimum height we recommend. This does
not guarantee you will not hit the fenders with the trailer, but in
our experience it has been sufficient. The higher the 5th wheel the
better!
